I have a massive crush on my English teacher. Is it normal for kids to have crushes on their teachers?

Its absolutely normal for teens to crush over older men or women; but it is not right to have so. This is one natural instinct or human behaviour that happens to almost everyone and I am no exception. But adore him like a father figure and not like a men you are in love with of that kind.

The relation would have almost no future, but the feeling of such crush is awesome. But I would suggest that 13 year is too young for such things, so stop being a plaything of your hormonal changes - better focus on your English Syllabus and not on the teacher.

Yes. I myself had a crush on my final English teacher too. I even went as far as privately giving her a bouquet of flowers on my Graduation Day as a “thank you” when really the reason was something else 🤣💐 I knew she was unmarried, and since I wasn’t gonna be her student anymore, I wondered if I could make something happen... but, as expected, my efforts were futile 😪💔

As of right now (8 years later), she has since married but also emigrated ☹️
