Honestly, it doesn't matter if it's 'considered cheating' or not. If his actions make you doubt him and if on talking to him about it he doesn't seem to care that you're feeling the seeds of doubt growing within you because of his actions, I'd suggest ending things. At least that's what I would do. Any relationship is based on trust, mutual respect and communication. I feel like love just follows. However, even if one of those things are not there and efforts aren't being taken to ensure that it grows, then it's not the kind of relationship you should be in for the simple reason that you don't want to be in it.
