I enjoy eating food... but not in a sexual way. I wouldn't mind if my boyfriend fed me but I wouldn't see it sexual and I wouldn't eat more than what I need.

The other way, I wouldn't mind feeding my boyfriend but I wouldn't find it sexual. I wouldn't find enjoyment to see how he eats (I would feel nothing or even envy if I had the stomach empty and I wanted to eat). Finally, I certainly wouldn't enjoy at all to see him gain weight and get overweight or obese.

You showed a pretty exaggerated example. Feederism can include:
- a girlfriend who loves to cook and loves a guy who can eat
- grandmotherly, nurturing types who feel like no one's ever had enough to eat and always cooking and baking and encouraging you to have seconds
- someone thin who wants to experience being bigger and softer
- partners who decide to quit fussing with endless diets and just enjoy indulging in their favorite foods together
- people who like their significant other to kind of relax and let go in a relationship, and see chub as a kind of visible manifestation of that
- people who normally prefer larger partners, but agree to date someone thinner who's expressed interest in a more care free and indulgent lifestyle, with the obvious expectation that they'll soon be fattening up a bit
- people attracted to the cliche of a fat person that can cook and eagerly let themselves plump up from the good food
- partners who willingly let themselves be fattened up so they're less tempted to cheat
- a partner who struggles with their weight and convinces their significant other to get fat together
- a thin person attracted to larger people, but feels they just don't quite fit in unless they grow themselves
- a type A person who decides to exit the rat race and seeks an already chubby partner who'd love to help and watch them shift into the fat lane and take life more leisurely
And yes, it can include seductive doms or dommes who feed you into a waddling blob before you can say "I'm too stuffed". But characterizing all of feederism like that makes about as much sense as saying anyone who doesn't like feederism is promoting anorexia.
