I'm 19 years old and I am shy of being shirtless, especially in front of my family, and never walk around room shirtless. I got this problem since I was child and when I took my shirt off I have an erection. I don't have any problems with my body, I got fit body as I've uploaded my photo ( I even hid my face). But why on earth am I shy? This is so hard especially in hot weathers and never have been shirtless in summer. How can I go shirtless please, help me :(

you are not alone. i remember that stage in life when you wanted a good body without the attention. i don't know if you had body image issues before becoming what you are today, but you should ask yourself that.
