Is it okay to cum inside my girlfriend if she's on the pill?

So, my girlfriend's been on the pill for about a week now. Doctor says, now that a week has passed, she should be 99% protected from the risk of an unplanned pregnancy.

Now, straight up, we planned for her to start taking the pill because she and I love fucking. We went to see the doctor together and my girlfriend got a proper prescription so that I can start cumming inside her.

But, what I want to know is this. With ideal use of the pill, she's 99% protected from the risk of unplanned pregnancy. But with typical use, she's only 91% protected. And that worries me.

Is there a possibility that she'd still get pregnant? Should I still practice the pull-out method even though she's on the pill?

Guys, help me out. Do you cum inside your girlfriends often when she's on the pill? And girls, do you let your boyfriends cum inside you all the time when you're on the pill? Or do you only let him do it sometimes?

  • Very short answer. My girlfriend got off the pill some years ago for medical reasons.

So we rarely will use condoms. She briefly used an IUD and sometimes will use a diaphragm or we just take our chances. Seriously, we are so slipshod about birth control that it is a wonder that we don't have ten children.

As it is we have three - the first two unplanned, the last planned. Moreover, if my girlfriend told me tomorrow that she was pregnant, you would not be able to wipe the smile off my face. My girlfriend and the three little gifts that she has given me are the best things that ever happened in my life.

As a medical matter, you are on the statistically safest ground for avoiding pregnancy and it is entirely reasonable for you to cum inside her. Short of not having sex at all, you are about of safe as you are going to get in terms of avoiding pregnancy.

Just be advised, nothing is perfect and there is no 100% assurance. There is some risk, but on the Pill it will be as minimal as you can get absent abstinence. That said, if you are that worried you are not likely to enjoy it all that much. That being the case it is unclear to me why you want to play with your gfd's body chemistry by artificial means just so that you can do something that you are paranoid about doing.

Bottom line. As the old saw has it, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime." I've gotten three women pregnant. There is my girlfriend, who I love with all my heart. One had a miscarriage and never told me till years later. One aborted my baby without telling me and nothing has ever caused me as much pain in my life. I would have loved that baby and protected it as a single father if need be. She did not give me that choice and it still haunts me, happy and as much as I love my three little munchkins.

So there it is. You can enjoy sharing your naked body with your s/o and satisfy your perfectly natural and healthy instincts. Alternatively you can be paranoid about it. Every choice has its consequences. What separates the men from the boys is the that the former are the ones who make a choice and accept responsibility for the consequences.

So ask yourself, Which are you?

    • I see. Alright. Thanks for the input. And, for the additional free life lessons. Haha.

    • Ha! Happy to help.

  • I always come inside my lover. She was on birth control. I know the percentage cofuses some people and yes the odds are that she can still get pregnant but the odds are so lower you would have to cum many many times before she would get pregnant. So you are safe. You can cum inside of her fine. The one thing you need to know though if for any reason she gets sick and the doctor gives her antibiotics practice that pull out. Antibiotics will counteract the birth control. It happened to my friend and his wife. She was on birth control and got sick. She starting taking Zithromax and she got pregnant even though she was still taking the birth control. So something to think about. 😎

  • One question is this the girl you plan to live with for the rest of your life or long term?

If that isn't a given use a condom. There is always a small risk of getting pregnant on the pill and if you aren't ready for kids use two forms of birth control That was my mom's mantra.

Also, if you choose not to use a condom then both of you get std lab tests done. Remember with HIV there can be up to a 6 months incubation rate so one of you might be negative today but positive a month down the road.

The pill is only as good as how well you take it. It has to be taken on the exact time every day. I went to a planned parenthood clinic years ago for birth control and the nurse told one young lady was really good about her birth control and one time she was like a hour or 45 minutes late and she got pregnant. Some women are very fertile. Also, women who are heavier have a higher chance of getting pregnant on low dose birth control. They just don't get enough med for their body weight.

I'd say wear a condom with a woman until you don't care if the woman you are with gets pregnant and you'd be happy about it and you want to be a family.

The end of my mommy lecture for the day...

    • Regarding STDs, I have a long and varied past sexual history. Used to be a bit of a player and a douche in college. But, I always used a condom. Mainly because, I had friends who didn't and now they're parents. So I was scared straight. So, I've never gone in raw before. But this girl, she is something different to me. We decided that we want to get married when we're 30. Until then, we're gonna work our assess off and collect money so that, in 8 years time, we can start a family. We're both Law grads. That said, when we first had sex, I took her virginity. So, she's never had sex with anyone but me. I have had sex with multiple people. But, never without a condom. So I guess you could say, when it comes to going in raw, we're each others' firsts. Do you think the risk of STDs is lower because of it? Thanks for your feedback by the way.

    • Have you taken a std test? Even with a condom you can still catch stuff or if you did oral on a woman. HPV is one of those viruses where condoms only less the changes. My ex husband always wore a condom before me but I still asked him to get tested and I got tested too (only had one partner before him) before we went without a condom. That is one reason why dentists do oral cancer screening now because HPV is one cause of oral cancer for both men and women. I had my ex husband get an std test way back in the day as well as myself before we had sex without a condom even though he told me he was careful and always used a condom. I had one partner before him but I was stupidly not careful but lucked out and didn't get anything.

    • I see. So, we should both get properly tested first. Alright then. Thanks for the feedback.

  • The 99% figure is basically theoretical. That’s best case scenario every time. However, real world statistics put the success rate closer to the 91% figure. So you and her should discuss the risks and whether or not you both are willing to accept them before engaging in bare sex. It’s certainly an adult decision. Yes, people do get pregnant on the pill sometimes. Birth control is an effective preventative measure but it’s not foolproof. Pulling out as a back up method would certainly improve the odds of success. My current boyfriend cums inside me but my ex always insisted on pulling out. It’s whatever you and her are most comfortable with.

    • I appreciate the feedback. Thank you.

  • "The pill" could be any one of several different prescriptions. Read the indications that came with the pill, they will say how long it takes to take effect. I waited a month just to be safe.

And yeah I let my boyfriend cum in me, that's what the pill is for. Like you said it's not 100% though.

    • I see. Alright then. That's helpful. Thanks.

  • I wouldn't put her at risk on the pill and not take advantage of it by cumming deep inside her. I suggest you talk to her about how she'd want to handle an unplanned pregnancy.

  • Welcome to Gag Town and Best of Luck.
Um, Well, Slap a PUP on your own UP. xx

  • while the pullout method is only around 20% effective, when used in conjunction with the pill you should be safe-r.

    • Yes. You see, that's what I thought as well. Now that she's on the pill, I thought that, at least now, I can use the pull-out method with even less worry.

  • Make sure neither of you have any STDs

  • Well that is what the pill is for

  • Yes it should be okay

  • If she's ok with it

  • If you won't be using condoms then both (or all) your sex partners should be tested for STIs. Next, the only completely safe sex is no sex.

  • im not convinced a week is long enough to be sure but if you risk it you can get back to us in nine months lol. seriously though it will say on the side of the packet if its safe or not

    • Right. I guess I should read the box that it came in more discerningly. Thanks.

  • Don't risk it, the pill is a safety measure but something can always go wrong. It should be safe enough to fuck her without a condom since i assume you had an std check at the doctor. But pull out just to be extra safe.

    • Good point. I'll keep it mind. Thanks.

  • That's what the pill for. One of the safest way to have sex.
And therefore is no need to use a condom in addition.

    • Wearing the condom lowers the chance of pregnancy to less than 1% ws when combined with birth control.

    • I see, I see, you're worse enlightened

  • My recommendation is don't have sex unless you can handle the responsibility of a pregnancy. The best birth control can, and does often, fail. If you aren't ready to be a dad the only surefire way to not be one is to not have sex. You can have 1000 people answer here that you're safe. And then be paying child support next year. Now, I'm not really telling you not to have sex. I'm just saying, sex makes babies. Be ready for it if it does.

    • I have sex and my girlfriend won't get pregnant from me. A vascetomy for a guy or hysterectomy for a girl are 100% effective.

    • Ahahah. Fair enough.

  • That IS why she's ON the pill!

  • Hey dumb dumb. Birth control is not 100% fool proof. Plus it don't stop STDs.

Use your head man and wise up

  • You see a medical professional and then take advice from random strangers!!!

  • That’s up to your girlfriend.

  • Yeah man there's still a chance she could. A small chance, but a chance. If you still want to be safe, cum in her mouth or her ass if she's cool with either of those, not her pussy. It's not worth it.

    • Right. She's cool with swallowing. So I guess I'll do that. Better safe than sorry. Thanks for the input.

    • Lol. You know we can get pregnant by your precum? It doesn't matter, you'll have to trust anyways. And with pill it's 99,9% more safe than a condom not to get pregnant. Think about it guys

    • @Laurii93 p re cum mlm can only get you pregnant if we cum twice in a row without peeing in the interim.

  • Me and my girl are in and LDR. I was with her for a whole month fucked a lot. And cummed inside her. Still no baby.
In my country its normal girls are on pill when they get sexual active. Not to fuck without condom but for extra protection

  • It's fine, you can do it without a problem. I've been on the pill in my long-term relationships and I have 0 children running around. :D Have fun!

  • I'd wait a month. And if she takes it at the same time every day and never misses a day you should be fine.

    • I see. Alright. Thanks for the input.
