Only mammals (animals who give birth to live young) are able to breast feed. Whales, dugongs, manatees, dolphins and such can breastfeed.

Plus, even most mammals don't have "titties" unless they're breastfeeding. Humans are one of the only mammals that have permanent boobs.

(Checkmate to the people who say that small boobs aren't as good for breastfeeding - if that were the case, then most mammals wouldn't be able to breastfeed at all, since most mammals don't have boobs at all, unless they're currently breastfeeding)

Boobs that our society considers "small" are the natural norm for humans, if breast size isn't artificially increased by chemicals and growth hormones in food/water. That makes sense considering smaller boobs are more sensitive to sexual stimulation, which is a primary purpose of boobs (outside of breastfeeding.)
