One thing I see on pedicure videos is people commenting how foot fetish peeps or just foot lovers in general will find these videos and leave perverted comments. But is it actually true? Do people actually watch pedicure videos for looking at feet or is it just what women watch to learn to maintain their own poor feet?

Possibly. I once knew a guy, quite well, who had a foot fetish. He was very disconnected from reality, very heartless and very sick. I think foot fetishes are a psychological disassociation from women, not seeing them as a whole, able to compartmentalize and objectify the lowest quality of a woman for sexual gratification. He was someone in and out of hospitals and prisons for mental problems. It wouldn't shock me if he watched videos like that, it also wouldn't shock me if he slaughtered women and enshrined their feet.

It was just a joke that my own feet and toes are short and less bony like my whole petite self, lol. It wasn't necessarily about the long toenails, but now that you mentioned it long toenails are so uncomfortable especially when I'm running or working out at the gym... I was attending the event where we required to wear professional western clothing and my shoes were also matching the dress code. I didn't cut my nails for some time and my feet were hurting so badly. And also the fact that it's just unclean and unhygienic to grow long nails. And the matter isn't necessarily about men having a thing for feet, it's just that women cover their legs and so they just wanna prettify what's exposed. Also in older generations when they arranged marriages the family members of the potential groom would want to see things like hair, hands, feet etc to see if she's attractive. 🤷🏽‍♀️ That's what it's mostly about. I personally just do regular maintenance instead of just neglecting my feet all the time and then doing a pedicure once a year. I mainly watch out for smell and calluses that I get easily from walking and running a lot.

Oh and the reason why the toering bothered me was because it's such poor jewelry maintenance and if you just let your jewelry soak like that it might wear out unless it's made with gold or something which is safe to wear even in the shower.

I do for sure. I love the effort that girls go to in order to make their feet and toenails look pretty. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube which I find interesting to see the way nail art is done. The way I see it is why go to all that effort if you dont want anyone to look?
