I could see where being a vegetarian might make someone more healthy but not necessarily vegan. Not everyone's body does well on a vegan diet unless they are eliminating items that they already have allergies to. There has been more nutrient deficient people in the west after the widespread vegan movement. And for some men meat builds more testosterone. So it might back fire for men. Less meat might be good but no meat no sure or at least some eggs.
@sejla I don't understand what does has to do with what I wrote, because I said I was sceptic about veganism 😅 Anyways, I believe in a balanced diet, not eating more meat than what we need but not eliminating it from the diet.
energy level, endurance may be low on a vegan diet. I'm saying for some being a vegan is draining because they don't get enough nutrients. Some famous vegans have had to go off the diet for their health.
