Also, the study that had the largest sample size of the studies that I could find was one that was published on March 3rd, 2015 in the British Journal of Urology International. The study compiled and analyzed data from 17 previous studies on the subject matter of flaccid/erect penis length in adult males, with studies from all over the world being included, and boasting a sample size of 15,521 study participants across all 17 studies included in the analysis. The average flaccid penis length across all 15,521 participants in all 17 studies was found to be 3.61", and the erect penis was found to be 5.16" long. So, first of all, I'd like to apologize... Apparently 2" was a vast underestimation of the average flaccid penis length on my part. However, I was more surprised to learn that the average ERECT penis was only 5.16" long..! Why was I always under the impression that it was much longer than that, like, closer to 6-6.5" or something? Either way, I guess you dudes start a lot bigger than I thought and don't grow as much as I thought, either. You learn something new every day, I guess.

So what have I learned? Well, first of all, y'all dudes need to stop worrying about how big your dicks are. Apparently, the average isn't even as long as a dollar bill, but for some reason I always felt like all the dicks I've seen were at least close to 6" or so when erect, so it's not like it really matters how long it is if women are as bad at estimating lengths as I am because I was already thinking that the guys I've been with were longer than they probably really were, so it's not like I was looking at it like, "Hmm, that's a little on the small side...", but more like, "Dang, look how much that thing grew! That has to be, like, 7" or something, right? Who cares... Stick it in me."

The other interesting thing to note was how much growth men experience on average from flaccid to erect. From 3.61" to 5.16" is only about 1.43 times as large from flaccid to erect. In other words, I assumed most men grew AT LEAST twice their length when erect, but it's actually less than 1.5 times as large on average! That's actually doesn't seem like that much of an enlargement, but it sure as hell feels like one. I mean, the average growth based on these values is only 1.55", or just over one and a half inches! That's less than half of the average flaccid length! Anyway, this was truly eye-opening and entertaining for me to research briefly before heading to bed. I had no idea... I might do a deeper dive into the literature and data on this and post something here on GaG if I find anything else interesting.

(P. S. Before any statisticians or number-nerds start criticizing my interpretation and application of this data, I just wanted to say that I am indeed aware that the way I worded some of above information is not technically correct. For example, the "average growth experienced by males from flaccid to erect" isn't necessarily reflected accurately just by taking the average erect length minus the average flaccid length. Instead, it would probably be more accurate to record every single male participant's growth in inches, from flaccid to erect, and then see what the average growth is based on those numbers. Why? Because, shorter flaccid penises might end up being the longer erect penises, or longer flaccid penises might not grow as much to become fully erect. For example, a man with a flaccid length of 1.5", which is well below the reported average, could have an erect length of 5.5", which is above the reported erect average... However, his growth experienced would be 4", which is far more than the 1.55" I mentioned above. I think it would be interesting to see which subsets of the studied population experience the most growth. Do shorter flaccid males end up being shorter or longer on average when erect than the males with longer flaccid lengths? Do certain races or populations experience more growth than others? What is the correlation between height and penis length, both when flaccid and erect? God... Now I'm going to be up all night studying the statistics of penis length... Again lol)
