I've definitely felt sensations throughout my entire body while listening to music. I've felt what could be considered chills and gotten goose bumps. It's kind of like when everything in your life comes together the right way and nothing can go wrong. It's that kind of feeling. An orgasm is temporary for me and doesn't really have me feel this spiritual bliss and electrical energy. Music makes me want to actually live and enjoy life. I feel liberated. An orgasm just reminds me of my mortality.
