Is This a Form of Rape?

Let's say there was a high school freshman girl who had a MAJOR crush on a man whom she met one magical day back in 1973. Keep in mind he was real dreamy with curly dark hair and a really sexy accent. Oh, he also writes very romantic poems. Now let's say that they made plans for a date the next day. This girl was sooo excited and she knew this was the man she wanted to lose her virginity to because he was that hot. Now let's say that this unfortunate girl died a tragic death just an hour or two before her big date :(

Now here is the question...

Would it be OK if the spirit of the dead girl entered the body of an entirely different girl, whom she didn't really even know, so she could feel what sex was like with her crush by using the other girl's body, specifically her mouth, breasts and her vulva? In other words, the sexy gentleman with the accent would be seduced by a whole different girl who had the dead girl's ghost possessing her and controlling her from the inside.

Is the ghost girl guilty of rape? Watch the short video clip and then vote!NOTE: This clip is PG-rated. In the book that this film was based upon, full coital activity (penile insertion) occurred between the man and the ghost-possessed girl.

  • Fabulous fantasy question, and you have a great imagination!!
I am pretty sure that there is no legal precedent for that particular case, so just assume it isn't rape, and cannot be charged, and live the fantasy, and write a GREAT and erotic short story, and post it here!

    • In the film, everybody seems kewl with what went down. I would like to do a remake of The Lovely Bones and include and even sexier scene but then when the possessed girl wakes up from her possession, she is horrified about what happened. Her vagina has been flooded with semen and she doesn't remember exactly how any of it happened, only that she lost control of her senses for a while. She starts punching the curly-topped gentleman and cursing at him, yelling that he raped her. But in reality he wasn't the guilty one! It was the horny ghost girl who caused the entire thing.

    • @supercutebutt WOW! Great fantasy, and really great masturbation imagery! Never saw that movie.

    • wow. that would be totally crazy

  • from the description above, yes it is

  • I would say yes unless she have asked the girl if she could do it. If the ghost girl as the girl to share her body and she say yes then it's not rape if the ghost girl hadn't asked then I think we can consider this as rape.

    • I don't think the possessed girl ever gave consent. As I recall, the possessed girl had the ability to sense ghostly activity and had a suspicion that Susie Salmon's ghost was lingering on Earth but at no time do I recall Susie asking any permission. In fact, in the video clip I posted, you can see the uneasiness of the girl right before she becomes possessed.

    • Then this is a form of rape

    • Yes, it would appear so... UNLESS the book is different than the film. In the movie, only a kiss is shared. In the book it is 100% true that sexual activity happens during the possession. What I don't know is if there was some sort of consent given in the book prior to the coitus. Did anybody here read the book?

  • I guess it is.
My girlfriend and I had a similar discussion regarding a movie we watched and it's one of her favorite. Essentially, a woman digs up the corpse of a guy she liked who killed himself and has sex with it. I said that in my opinion that'd be rape and desacration of human remains, my girlfriend countered saying it was romantic and that due to the corpse being inanimate, it can't be raped. I countered that exactly because it's inanimate it can't give consent, and since a corpse it's considered a person by the majority, it's still rape.
We had to agree to disagree.

  • Hey it's the lovely bones! And yes using someone else's body for sexual pleasure counts as rape, even if they are dead :)

    • Be sure to vote!

  • It's certainly a selfish act it's got aspects of rape but she's something no longer of this world it's hard to guess her nature or motivations exactly.

  • Yes that is rape and I'm willing to debate anyone that says it's not

    • I am on the fence on this one. At first blush, it does seem kinda rapey. But what if the possessed girl was already open to coital activity with the ghost girl's crush, prior to the possession?

  • Didn't read the question.

It's 2019. The answer is simultaneously yes and no.

A good day to you ma'am.
    I say, good day!

  • What a daft story line... Sorry...

    • deft not daft, you doof. Now go eff yourself.

    • I think it is, somebody dieing , their spirit going into some body else. Really you will telling us Santa Claus is real...

    • It's a fictional movie and this isn't to be taken seriously, lunkhead.

  • Where do you come up with this shit?

    • Shit? That's offensive! This is an awesome poll. :)

    • Relax, it was a legit question Also, how is shit anymore offensive than rape?

    • Rape is offensive and that's why I posted this. To bring awareness to ghost rape.

  • As long as everything is consensual, where is the problem?

    • How could it be consensual though? The ghost was controlling her host from the inside. The possessed girl had no say. Right?

    • I guess so but it leaves the problem of possession in the first place. Shouldn't possession be illegal in the first place if you really wanted to control that kind of stuff? That way, the victim could claim reparations for all the things endured during the possession, including rape (assuming ghosts could provide reparations). Furthermore, knowing how fucked up the legal system is, I bet it's the guy who would get in trouble.

    • I agree that possession should be illegal. The problem is, ghosts play by their own set of rules.

  • Well I'll tell you supercutebutt, it's not rape, rape is not an act of love or passion. It is, for lack of a better term, a hate crime. In the clip, or definition, no one was forced to have sex against their will. The woman's body was taken over by a spirit not against her will but without her knowledge. For all intents and purposes, both were consentually entering an act of fornication.

    • I like how OP didn't realize that and wants everyone to agree with her that it is rape.

  • Would it be rape if her spirit caused his mother's shower head to fall down in a way so that the water hit her sex and gave her an orgasm? 🙄

    • Nope.

    • this is just freedom of artistic expression, a fictional story really.

  • I find that really hot so I wouldn't say its rape

    • There is nothing hot about ghost rape. It's a serious problem. :)

    • Send them to me then, they can rape away lol

  • Wow😅

  • I think it would definitely be rape. But the question is what would happen to the guy? He believed every thing was okay, and knew nothing about the possession. So would he be charged with a crime?

    • I think the girl ghost is the one who is guilty of rape.

  • The possessed girl didn't know she was possessed and the guy was lead to believe that it was consensual sex between them if the ghost did not leave the host. If you ask me the spirit should go to hell and be fucked all she wants.
