I have taught all of my partners to rub their own clits and they have always been happy they did. First, two people are sexually compatible, have chemistry, or the desire to get one another off, freaks, love sex- the words "responsibility for orgasm" should never be in the dialogue. You make sex sound like a chore.. there shouldn't be any pressure. But in the real world, the majority of women are unable to achieve orgasm during sex without clitoral stimulation. That's what this question was about after all. The only real question here is who should rub her clit... him or her? And there is this very outdated but persistent notion that the man should be responsible for both partners' orgasms during intercourse, which is just silly if you think about it. There is also a bit of a stigma surrounding women diddling themselves during sex. Both of those need to go away. It's long overdue. And it just makes sense for her to do it since it's much more convenient for her than him, due to the mechanics and the fact that he is already doing all the physical work, and she is the one who knows what feels right and when, how much pressure to use without making it too intense, or not enough, etc.
