Not really. I do not like thinking of both the girl and the toilet simultaneously. My mind is at the same time thinking about draining the balls and the bladder and that is not as fun as just focusing on enjoying the sex. I rather drain the bladder so I am no longer conscious of the pain of needing to relieve myself. Also, it's difficult urinating with a full blown erection. If feels good releasing urine but it is far better releasing the baby batter.

Yes, full bladder can make it more pleasurable an intense, however it also seems to make it harder to orgasm, so I don't like doing it, so prefer an empty bladder
