These questions are different. I'm not saying the stomach sensations are the same when you get aroused as when you get hit in the balls. They're different. I'm just wondering if there's a correlation

  • I do feel nausea and pain when hurt in the balls. (an accidental flick is like getting carsick, a full hit is much stronger).
I have not noticed any feelings, good or bad, when I feel sexually aroused.

It's interesting that some men report feeling it during arousal too. Good for them I guess.

This link seems to offer a good explanation:
    https://www.menshealth.com/health/a19524995/stomach-pain-hit-in-balls/

"..."testicles actually developed in your abdomen near your kidneys. From there, they descended toward the scrotum, pulling the sensory nerves with them."

"'It’s due to the vagal reflex, in which a nerve signal from your testicles travels up your spinal cord and brain stem and activates the nausea and vomiting centers in your brain,' Dr. Paduch says. "

Evolutionary guess: "If the urge to vomit hits, you’ll likely step away from the fight, which prevents it from escalating."

"Writhing in pain for 10 to 15 minutes is to be expected. During this time, there’s not much you can do to dull the pain—though an ice pack might help take the edge off.

But if you have persistent pain, nausea, bruising, swelling, vomiting, or dizziness that continues beyond that 15-minute mark—or any bleeding at all—you should visit your urologist or go to the ER right away, he says."

    • For your update, I suppose a correlation may be due to the 'sensory nerves started up at kidney height' thing.

  • Yes, "ball pain" is actually felt in the abdomen.
For me, it's an odd nauseating pain that's localized in right side of the lower abdomen.
It also feels a bit like you have got a foreign object there.

I don't experience any discomfort when I'm aroused, but sometimes when I have full erection and I bend my stuff the way I shouldn't, I can get the "ball pain".
I've also gotten the "ball pain" after appendix surgery.

Which leads me to believe that the "ball pain" has nothing to do with the balls themselves, but it has to do with the ejaculatory ducts.
It feels like any amount of "pulling" on the ducts (via either end) causes the pain.

  • I feel pleasant sensation in my abdomen when I start to get aroused it's the Ovaries, Uterus, and Cervix all reacting and getting ready. It'll happen everytime my fiancec and I kiss even a kiss good-bye or hello.

    • Yeah I find that understandable in women; I'm confused about why it happens in men when they don't have any internal sex organs.

    • They have the Prostate which is the lowest part of their abdomen and connected to the bladder. All our organs are connected everything sends some sort of feeling somewhere.

    • oh yeah, and in chinese medicine there are meridians that connect between the nipples and gonads.. i forget exactly where they go, but you can look it up. probably through some other internal abdominal organs

  • I think guys are just faking it for sympathy. Balls getting hurt so bad is a myth. They are just trying to sleep with women.

  • The pain of hurting your balls rises up gradually, within a few seconds, into your stomach. It can take your breath away, similar to getting punched in the solar plexus. It's a very deep ache, almost like a cramp, that takes a while to gradually subside.

There's no specific feeling in my stomach when I'm sexually aroused.

    • That's a really good way to describe it to someone who doesn't know the feeling!

    • @egarcia1360 And it's a pain that is unbearable, right? But there's nothing you can do about it. You can't just shake it off. It can make you break out in a sweat and become nauseous.

    • I've been fortunate enough to not have gotten hit in the balls in a while, but yeah, that sounds about right lol.

  • Do u mean when a guy gets blue balls lol,,, yes if I am turned on and I don't get to cum I get blue balls and yes it hurts and the only way to fix it is to cum

  • this it really two different questions. Sorry to say that, but kind of obvious! Totally different things!

  • its been a long time since i got hurt in the balls... but i kind of remember there being a stomach sensation similar to how you feel if you get the wind knocked out of you... just lower in your body.

    • Guys have said they get nauseous I've even seen guys vomit after getting hit in the balls.

  • This is what it feels like to get hit in the balls, i'll give you 2 categories.

#1, the light tap/touch/pain, something that still HURTS, but isn't too forceful. Our balls become really sensitive, even walking can hurt or any touch can hurt.

#2, forcefully (kicked in the balls, soccer ball to the nuts etc etc), this is where life sucks.

If it's a bad one you'll start to feel sick (legit thrown up from it before) and that your balls are literally "hiding away" in your stomach and you can feel like the pain in your actual balls and the feeling of pain in your stomach where they also feel to be, it's like a 10-30min time period of absolute PAIN where you can't do anything to relieve it, regardless of laying down of siting down etc. Any kind of touch, even the slightest is incredibly painful.

Never been sexually aroused by it at all, I personally find my balls being played with during sex to actually hurt easily if she's not careful.

I think the reason why we get the feeling of our balls in our stomach is like a defence mechanism to keep them safe, that it fucking hurts, that it's dangerous and we need to get away from the situation to make sure we don't damage them for their function - reproduction.

  • I've been hit in the groin before, but I forget if it felt in the stomach I think I would though... I don't get feelings like that in my stomach when sexually aroused though

  • last time i got kicked in the nuts I felt it in my stomach and chest, it felt like i had just had my guts ripped open and someone was pulling them out as i was conscious

  • Although I've never been struck in the balls that bad, I've heard that sometimes it can be bad enough to cause the guy to throw up.

  • I don’t think it’s actually in the stomach but yea it feels like that if ur punched In the nuts again

  • I voted C which is the most true. Blows to the testicles create a nauseating feeling in the stomach.

Arousal doesn't do much in the stomach. It does tend to encourage slight abdominal tightening, but that's different.

  • Its a sharp and lengthy pain that feels like burning mixed with heart burn. Like an an intense heartburn

  • I don't get sensations in my stomach exactly from either having my balls hurt or from sexual arousal. I just wouldn't call it "stomach" pain. I might get pain, but it's not in that area.

  • This is totally wrong. I feel intense pain in my balls. Essentially equivalent to accidentally slamming a door shut on a finger.

    • I only feel sensations in my prostate, which is near the bellybutton, if I do semen retention and allow mu prostate to fill up. This causes arousal because the prostate controls when the urethra switches from peeing to ejaculation. You feel basically on the verge of orgasm 24/7. This is probably why young men are so horny all the time. It's also why nofap works. It was a movement designed for male anatomy.

  • Yes when i sit Wrong on my legs too close ouch it hurts. i only got kick in there once and hurt with a ball once Ooof my stomach hurt sooo much.

  • So, yes if I'm hit in the balls hard enough it's like someone kicked me in the stomach but lower.

If it's a full on boot kick to the jewels (yes has happened) I'll be winded from the pain. Which will be immense.

When I got my vasectomy, despite being numb I could feel the doc pulling on the vas def tube like it was my lower intestine. It's an odd feeling.

    Hope it helps.

  • Yep i do in hurt in the balls, and about the sexually aroused, when i edge myself too much i start to have that stomach sensation... don't know how or why, but it does..

  • Yes, I think so.

  • The only sensation in the balls I feel is pain if someone decides to either get rough during sex and went ahead with a bad idea or if i get kicked in the balls.

  • It is a very bizzare pain, but i have felt that nerves fire in my stomach region maybe the abdomen.

  • When I get hit in the balls, yes, it feels like someone tied my organs in a knot and then pulled it tightly to apply pressure/tension. And very, VERY occasionally well I feel a sensation in my stomach when sexually aroused. It's almost always when I think of something particularly naughty or taboo, but unfortunately it happens very rarely and it only lasts a few seconds. I also think it's becoming less and less frequent since the things that would normally cause it are becoming more and more normal to me.
