Unquestionably, the closer I get to orgasm, the more I lose control of my body. Partly that is just simple male physiology and partly a reflection of the intensity of the sex.
In the first aspect, the human male tends to lose control of his body naturally. Heavier breathing, muscle spasms as the male's thrusting intensifies. These are spontaneous aspects of human male physiology and there arrives a moment when a male cannot control himself. He must ejaculate and he has no control. It is brief, but not lest real for that. (Indeed, sex is actually somewhat hard on the male body. Less so for the female, since a female body under stress would have less success conceiving a baby.)

Yet it feels so good and evolution has so programmed males that the instinct to reproduce, in the moment, with all the feelings of love and connection and raw animal need, just takes over everything.
So long answer to short question - Yes.
During orgasm my hips and groin thrust. It happens reflexively as I orgasm and I can't control it. The reflex drives my penis deep into the vagina. Also when I trip over the edge and start orgasming I lose control of my genitals, my penis pulsates rapidly and I ejaculate, there's no way to stop it.

Based on those observations, I would agree that people in that state totally lose control of themselves, their body movements and coordination. To what extend this is healthy is questionable. I can also imagine that the heartbeat goes into very dangerous levels.
