What would hurt more, a guy's penis if he's running without underwear or a girl's boobs if she's running without a bra?

I ran without a bra today for gym class, regret it. Wonder what the male equivalent is haha

I have been a sprinter on a track team and ran a lot off the track.
I have "truck nuts"

On a hot day without underwear, they hang like that. But in an athletic situation, they cinch up naturally (the scrotum contracts) and I can run without an athletic supporter although I would not play collision sports without one.
Guessing a girl's discomfort is tied to size. A cups, little discomfort. D cups, a lot.

Not sure about running/jogging but I love swimming in a wrap-around short sarong with nothing underneath and that gives especially nice sensations down there, quite sexual really -- the penis + ballsack feel so free + unrestricted (nearly but not quite as pleasurable as swimming naked if/whenever that's possible)

Well obviously I have absolutely no experience whatsoever in having a penis so can't make any judgement on that.
However with having breasts I do know first hand just how jolly painful and uncomfortable it is to try running without a bra on.

Running without tight boxers isn't a big deal usually; when you're physically active and exercising, your dick shrinks a bit so it's not just flopping around out there anyway.

Probably a woman without a bra. The reason i say is that i have a grower not a shower which allows me to run without any support. Plus since i tend to wear loose boxer briefs or boxers. Running tends to let my package move around. Now maybe a guy with a shower might have some trouble.

For me it is not painful. I wear boxers when running which dont offer any more support than no underwear. I consider myself slightly above average in size so that would not be a reason.

It can depend. Sometimes if it's cold out my scrotum tightens and my penis shrinks a little so running wouldn't hurt whereas if it's warm my testicles and penis may become a little painful
