I don't find this in the slightest bit attractive.
Any woman who does that is essentially marketing herself as a sex object.
Some might find this attractive, but I don't think it would do anything good for her chances of having a meaningful relationship so good luck to her!
Also, I once had a chiropractor tell me that 50% of his clientele are large-breasted women, so I an only image how difficult it must be to lug those things around.

@zoeadams3 maybe i misread the question. I thought we were talking about her having implants to get them. It they are natural then god bless her and she should proubably get them reduced in size. I couldn't think that she could ever be comfortable trying to support them

I have a preference for small boobs. But I generally like all boobs on women, even if not preferred. But that is just too large. It cannot be comfortable for the woman, and the only reason I can imagine her not having a reduction is that she believes they are attractive to men and wants them for that reason.
