There is no saying who is better or not. An older lady doesn't necessarily imply better or more experienced. She might have only had a couple partners and if her male partners were boring or sucked themselves then she too will probably be not very good. I knew a lady that made me think she was a corpse. I had another that I felt I was on the ride of my life. I had a 40 year old lady when I was 25 that rocked my world unlike any younger girl ever had. It differs from person to person.
Many older men tend to prefer younger women as the sex tends to be more exciting because they have a young body against theirs. you have to define better. Younger girls are more fun to bang because they still have energy and still think there is some sort of "magic" in sexual activity, so you can basically do whatever you want with them and as long as you know what you're doing they'll get off over and over.

I think it depends on whether you care about body type, which I don't. Younger women tend to be submissive and willing to learn. Older women have experience and can take charge if need be. Both good though.
