How do you keep your tights (pantyhose) from rolling down at the waistline? How do you keep your tights from falling at the gusset?

Most tights I own go up past my belly button and way past my skirt waistline. Kind of like in this photo.

Problem is I got some new tights and they have a tendency to roll down to, or past my waste line (depending on if I’m wearing a skirt or dress).
And of course, the other issue is falling down in general. Nothing worse then a saggy gusset.
Some sites have suggested to make a tights sandwich.
“The best way to keep your tights from falling down is to wear a pair of panties then put on your tights and then put on another pair of panties. BOOM problem solved.”

So... how do you keep your tights up?

  • Yes, so annoying! I never even considered there was anything to do about it. Sometimes I roll them down so it sits well below the waist. I have long legs but a short torso so for me the problem is up top not down below. Some brands are longer than others. Less stretch seems to help. I have almost given up on them. I like leggings but those are too hot for summer. Wash them often, so they temporarily go back into original shape again.
    That's all I got...

  • I would wear my underwear over the top of the tights. Also try buying a larger size of tight. I know this sounds rather counterintuitive but it does work! Recently, I have started to purchase pricier brands of hosiery and I’ve found these don’t fall down as much.

  • Buy tights that are slightly larger and definitely avoid ‘one size fits all’ because that is simply ridiculous.

  • Leave them in the closet. Problem solved

  • Size guides are not perfect some times it can be either to smal or to big... both can cause that n the last thing that can cause it is how its made by that brand... I found nononsense that hasn't n has done that... but once I lost a little weight it helped with that not saying you do... forgive me if it came off that way... once you poke here or there.. eventually you'll find the brand that works well with your body... n it'll not excentuate your body but it'll help make you feel more beautiful or even gorgeous as you already be n not just outside ( physically) but eternally beautiful... in which you already are... you do what makes you feel beautiful n not how or what others think beauty is... beauty starts eternally 1st then it'll show outside.. whether people agree with you or not what you think beauty is... you be you n dress n wear what beautiful is.. regardless of what anyone thinks n says !
