The human body is, by nature, not an aesthetic creation of evolution. It has to serve a number of purposes but it is not nice to look at, regardless of gender.
Genitals are obviously the worst thing to look at on a human body and yes, genitals, whether healthy or not, are totally repulsive.
Look at a penis and you are faced with a piece of hanging meat made of skin, blood vessels and a number of other parts, including the testes. What is so appealing to that penile appendage?
The female genitalia is probably even worse to look at with that scar like groove that opens to something that less than appetizing.
To me, those genital organs have indeed a repulsive appearance and if I am honest, I avoid to look at mine if not absolutely forced to, let alone attempt to touch them.
