No and here's why. If it's really hard it's gonna be pointing almost straight up. You just pull your underwear up over it (although the underwear may not fully cover it in its erect state) and then pull your pants/jeans up over it as well. Zipping or buttoning your jeans will simply press the erect penis against the lower part of your belly.
The situation *would* be different if the erection was at a 90 degree angle to the body instead of pointing upward. But even then you could pull everything up over it in such a way that the penis is just pressed against the body.
I have to wait until either I'm not fully erect anymore, or tuck under my belt with the head of my dick poking up over the top, anything else is just way too uncomfortable, and the friction of walking would keep me hard and uncomfortable... also why would I just pull out my erect dick? Even getting road head or something I just unzip and pull down.
