Why don't you communicate your sexual preferences to your partner?

I used to be really shy about that. One of my exes used it against me and would demand a whole list of things I would need to do for her, and then still she would forget or whatever.

Needless to say I got out of that and am just honest about what I want

I communicate my sexual preferences when I think I should, but it doesn't come to mind much. Her preferences are more specific, so as long as they don't fall very far outside mine, I don't mention it. She already knows mine anyways.

I dont have a partner now, but I've had one in the past. Communication is key people. Stating your preferences doesn't mean your being selfish, you're telling them what you like, most women I've been with were very open about what they liked. With more info, the better the sex will be.
