This question is primarily for guys in regards to their penile hardness, but since I like to keep things gender-neutral, ladies can vote regarding whether (if their nipples get hard) their nipples go soft after orgasm.

  • This is usually the case. But there's a sweet spot. When ol' Big Ed does his thing, there's about a 3 minute window that will allow for for more mind altering sex. Lol! If she either sterts jerking him back up, or she... blows the whistle, we are back for round 2.

But as a safe answer, id say im a 1 and done kinda guy

  • Itreally depends on the intensity of the orgasm, if I've been edging myself all day, before being with my woman, the orgasm is very intense and often my whole body goes limp not just my cock, but if it's just a quickie or I haven't been edging, then I'm ussually fairly ready for more.

  • My husband always goes soft after orgasm. Every once in a while he can get it back up after a long rest period, but not usually. My friends with benefits can either stay hard, or he can be back up and ready to go again within 10 minutes. He can do it repeatedly.

    • Does hubby know about your FWB?

    • Yes. He's present.

  • My current male partner goes limp almost immediately. Not only that, he can't go a second round in under and hour of recovery. It's kind of disappointing, actually. Especially after giving him head because then I have to wait for my fun.

    • Dang! That's a long time for recovery! I don't know why mine takes a minute to 10 based on arousal haha.. 😁😋😛

    • @Manhart1999 Probably cuz he's 30 and you're 20?

    • Oh, ya.. probably.. sorry i didn't mean it in a negative way or to boast myself.. I thought ur partner is into submissive stuff and all so u would just like it or at least not mind it 😅😁 my bad

  • It's called the refractory period as some others have pointed out, during which time most guys will go soft. It is possible with some self control/practice to stay hard and continue to multiple orgasms. Going for too long however can be painful, sometimes a break is a good idea 😂

  • My fiancé will stay hard after an orgasm but he isn't able to do anything with it or else it will hurt lol but doesn't stay hard for long.

  • It's called a refractory period. It's an evolutionary thing. While we can have sex for pleasure, your mind still thinks: "hey, I'm out of juice and can't get anything pregnant. No sex!" Thanks evolution you useless twat.

  • Hubby usually goes soft after orgasm, that's why orgasms are like doors. Ladies first.

    • I like to subscribe to that, too!

  • i never get soft and the girl tends to want too stroke an caress it while we cuddle after wards so there's no down side to staying hard afterwards.

  • Eventually I do, but I usually remain at least semi-hard for a good while even without continued stimulation

  • I remain hard enough , but not rock solid as prior..

  • I'm actually kind of glad to see that there is other men that have this tool in their toolbox no pun intended but if you stay hard you can go for round 2 or possibly a round 3 which I have done many a times😎😎😎

    • xD i think it depends on a girl and how attracted you are to her

    • No offense but it's more about her vagina after you are attracted to her and how horny she makes you round 2 and 3 usually only happens when you having a raging hard on and usually only happens if you are attracted to her and how good she is in the sack

  • It takes time for me to orgasm, but when I do, it's soft for a long time.
I'm lucky me and my girlfriend don't have a high sex drive

  • I often remain hard for a few minutes after the orgasm, then I go soft because the sex has ended.

  • E. Half the time. I don't always orgasm/ejaculate but even when i do , it takes few minutes after till it gets soft. This has been going on for the last 8 years and it has to do with my workout routine.

  • Dude it happens as soon as any guy cums

  • I voted that I always go soft after I orgasm. It doesn't go from completely erect to completely soft immediately though. I generally stay hard enough to be able keep thrusting for about 45 - 60 seconds after cumming but after that it's too soft to continue.

  • The correct answer for most guys is yes, usually. However, not always. Sometimes if that doesn't happen, it could be because of priapism, which is bad.

  • I have 1 or 2 minutes before I "bend".

  • I voted always. It’s not for maybe 30 seconds though.

lol at the guys who are saying no (except yes but I’m hard again soon). That would be a yes.
I think “hoe big is your penis” gets more realistic answers than this one is.

  • For me it depends on what happens after the orgasm. If we keep going, I stay hard for a bit. If it goes into cuddling, it shrinks.

  • I usually stay hard while having sex, which is surprising because I go soft almost always when masturbating.

    • Fascinating. I wish there was a way I could test this theory.

  • Ya always go soft. but with a little persuasion its back going strong

  • C. Usually
