Are blue balls a real thing?

Are blue balls a real thing?
If a guy maintains an erection for a long time do their balls actually start to hurt or are they just lying to get someone to do something about it?

(by the way, I'm not asking if they actually turn blue, I doubt they would)

  • no I'm sorry this is bulshit myth there's no such thing as blue ball syndrome that's just a guy bragging that his nuts are full of come and he needs to plant his seed as many times as possible and you can't get blue ball syndrome because if you don't use your sperm is specific. Of time it will be discharged through your urine so it gets wasted so there's no way to get blue balls because your balls can only store so much come and it's not actually stored in your balls it's made in your balls so there's another reason why you can't get blue ball syndrome because your balls are Never full like I've heard this in porn fuck till your balls are drained no because it's made in your balls and it is shipped to a storage tank essentially for waiting to be ejaculated but then I don't know a lot of guys know this but there, is actually two parts 95% of it is semen and 5% is sperm and basically semen is basically like an energy drink for the sperm because once they're ejaculated inside of the vagina they only have to swim 6 in but that 6in for that one sperm is like a man running 6 miles come isn't just come this is not a complicated affair your balls make sperm about every 80 Days thereabouts just as long as you don't expend too much you'll be alright and know like I said blue ball syndrome is bullshit that's just an excuse for a guy to ask for sex so he can off-load a nut

  • It's more of a dull ache, and it isn't from getting a boner, or every day would be starting with blue balls, it's from getting very turned on and getting prepared to cum, you know, vas deferans back there, testes, sperm? Those muscles push sperm up into the prostate to mix with other fluids to b cum ha, punny.

Anyway, if you're seeing precum, that process has already started. Precum has sperm in it. It's how mommy and daddy had 3 kids with the pullout method. I guess if a guy doesn't get off often, or has really sensitive balls it would hurt a lot, but, yeah, basically it's that pumping process starting, and really wanting to finish.

It's also why vasectomies work, the vas is snipped, and tied or burned at the ends, the pumping starts, but the sperm go nowhere and are reabsorbed into the body. What gets shot out are all the fluids, and none of the sperm. I'd imagine they get blue balls too, though their balls are only for testosterone and playing purposes.

  • Sexual frustration can cause some pain in the testes and in the glands at the base of the penis. Erection itself should not cause it though. Guys get erections for non sexual reasons. Hell, if a guy doesn't have morning wood on a regular basis it could point to a medical problem.

There is no real physical danger though as anything produced but not spent will be reabsorbed into the body.

  • It is real and I think different guys might experience it differently. For me it's very painful, so painful that I have to walk leaned slightly forward

  • Yeah of course blue is just a euphemism for sore

  • It's a real thing, but men tend to drastically exaggerate the "pain", in order to guilt and manipulate women into having sex with them. No man has ever brought up the subject of blue balls with good intentions.

So if a man ever tries that shit with you, you reserve the right to call them out for being sleazy, whiny little bitches.

  • It's a real thing and it's caused by all the increased blood flow not just to the penis but to the entire genital region due to sexual arousal. And when the arousal lasts for a long time without orgasm it can cause pain. But the testicles don't turn blue and it's not an excuse to pressure a girl into having sex when she doesn't want to.

  • Blue balls is a combination of an engorged prostate (I can feel it swollen) and strain on the vas deferens (that suspend the testicles) from hiking up during arousal and bouncing around during sexual relations. Ejaculation instantly eliminates the swelling but the soreness fades after a while.

  • It's just an expression. They don't actually turn blue.

  • They do not get blue. There is no pain in general.

But i have observation - when I wear my tight compression tights or shorts which usually I wear for training but sometimes i just stay in them after.

Well being aroused longer makes the balls somehow much hotter feels like on fry pan ;p but only in tight spandex/lycra.

  • Its happened to me a few times my ex would play with my wiener at the movie theater in the back row i would have a boner but i couldnt finish after prolonged stimulation and no finish the ride home was very painful in my ball sack almost so bad i couldnt sit on them so yes finish the job you start with a man.

  • Blue balls are real and are more of a dull ache than sharp pain.

  • Lol 😜
    Let's have experiment. Come n let's figure out 😜

  • They are a real thing and it hurts.

  • I don't know about blue balls, it's a new term to me. I just read other opinion. Is that you mean hydrocill? I never read about blue balls.
But I have strong balls , that balls doesn't hurt easily , i can handle a lot of hard kicks and it was not painful to me. And I love to let my balls for kicking and punching and milking it. Yes it's true.

  • They are real and do start to ache after a point and they keep going without releasing it gets worse, then after they finally do release they do still ache even after.
