I’m not talking about practicality or comfortability here- it’s the way they look. Of course they’re very revealing so people find them sexy, but I think lingerie is sexier when it leaves something to be discovered. It kind of takes away the tension and suspense if you basically already have your entire behind out. I have the same issue with cupless bras, crotchless underwear, transparent lingerie, and other items like that. They give away what’s meant to be uncovered.

I think that the idea of "leaves something to the imagination" has some merrit... sometimes. But not in this case. I'm not a huge fan of lingerie... basically because I feel the opposite way you do. I think the naked female body is sexy... if we're at the point where you're wearing thongs, lingerie etc... I would find good ol' nakedness much sexier.

In the bedroom, I'm not looking for tension and suspense... I'm looking for enjoyment. I get more arousal... much more... out of seeing the same woman completely naked rather than in any lingerie. Things like crotchless underwear, are a bit of a different story in that it's kind of the best of both worlds... there's "a sexy outfit" that doesn't cover up the good bits... I can get on board with that.

Now I'm not saying "I just want her to get naked so we can fuck" no... just that I'd find it way sexier if she'd get naked. Then we can create tension and tease each other, that sounds great... but I don't want tension and suspense in the bedroom----until you get naked. Then sounds fun.

I absolutely agree. People have forgotten the value of subtlety. Being sexy is all about seduction, and taking your time.
