I'm 5'11" (180cm) with a slimmer bone structure. I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I am approximately 160lbs (72kg). I'm not in great shape, but I do work out. The last time I checked I had about 20% body fat. I have mostly straight teeth. I'm direct & honest, I take massive responsibility for myself, I don't break promises, and I'm determined to continue growing as a person. Calm and practical, I am the strongest kind of person in a crisis situation. I like to create and enforce order in my outer world, developing my own rules and structured routines. I reflect on experiences in a way that determines if I would like to repeat them or not. Comfort is valuable to me. I prefer a predictable environment, but I'm more adventurous with a partner. Well let's start off with looks:

Well I'm over 6 feet tall, have long dark brown and gray hair that touches to the middle of my back. I also wear this huge big beard that always kept neaty trimmed. My face is thin and so is mt body. I only weigh about 200lbs. I have a runner's body and fit and strong like a bull. My voice is very deep and gravely. I tend to have a strong girly side for bright shinny colors. I ljust ove bright cheerful color for clothes. Just like my personality. This man can rock hot pink like no other man can and have no shame wearing loud boisterous colors.

I quit smoking April 7th 2014. Done it cold turkey. With a house full of smokes, mind you. Yes and I proudly say I am still a non-smoker.

I like good home-made beer and very passionate for German, Polish and Russian foods. Ever want to try these foods. Come over for dinner sometime. We always have room at the table for a friendly face.
