I have always slipped in and out of depression growing up , even now. So I’m always trying to find things to make me feel better too when I get down, & I’m a Pisces 🧜🏾♀️, so instead of identifying as a fish i identify with mermaids or unicorns and it makes me feel special. Also, I love eating dessert, so ice cream, cookies, chocolate or any fruity candy makes me feel better , along with a TV show like South Park, or a teenage movie like mean girls or a Cinderella story where a awkward girl comes out on top🥰, maybe a little weed ✨, in my bed separated from everyone else except for my cat, ( my cat always makes me feel loved so I keep him around) , taking a shower & moisturizing (this surprisingly works) and listening to slam poetry on YouTube.❤️🦄🧜🏾♀️I hope you feel better honestly.
I would say surround yourself with people who are funny and caring a such as friends. I personally don’t have any friends so I’m alone 99.99% of the time. Also decorating or rearranging your room may help if you are not too tired to get up out of bed, When I went into my depressive mood I was sooo exhausted inside, but I would still drag my heavy self to take a shower and it was always the very first step to feeling refreshed for energized enough to meditate , smoke a blunt, eat dessert or watch TV. ✨
