I feel that answers will likely skew towards sexual preferences. But since I've got no life I'm going to dive in and take this question too seriously.
Ok, so penises have the problem that foreskin can look kinda weird when non-erect and hair grows on balls and not just the crotch. There's also usually one ball that sags more than the others which removes hope of pulling off as much of a symmetrical look. The bulging veins across the shaft also look kinda weird when erect (They look cool in my opinion but I'm probs in the outlier saying that). They look far more clean and pristine though, as the only exposed tissue is the glans on the head of the penis while the rest is skin.
Vulvas are more symmetrical than dicks on the other hand and if the labia majora is closed it looks way more neat and pristine, as the hair also (as far as I know) stays firmly above the vulva which removes the issue ball have with random hairs all over. However, vaginas are way messier due to there being way more exposed tissue beyond the labia majora, which of cause has secretions which lead to it looking messier.
All in all though, the vulva looks more simple and streamlined than penises which to me which places it as looking more aesthetically pleasing. This answer could be swayed based on my increased familiarity with penises which would lead to me being more desensitised to their appearances leading to a less strong opinion, and judging by this essay on sexual organ appearances on an internet forum you can correctly assume I don't exactly have a sex life.

I think vulvas are more aesthetically pleasing because I'm a straight guy. I actually love the way they look, especially if they have long inner labia.
I’d say equal but vaginas don’t always look the same whereas penises pretty much do. Innie vaginas look as good though.
