Gets me to thinking. I have gotten to really like the taste of a fresh, re-hydrated vagina. No. If there are indeed molecular receptors on the testes and a mechanism to transfer resultant signals back to the brain (this part is not addressed), to "taste" anything, you'd have to inject it through the scrotum.
