lol, I couldn't see a woman ever asking a guy for that, especially in front of people. Even if she was really drunk most probably wouldn't lol. But lets say... no I probably wouldn't, not in front of everyone. This is kind of similar, I once had a woman offer for me to do a body shot on her, in the bar with tons of people around. This is one of my most embarrassing moments (and probably hers also) lol. I was drunk, so thought, why not. Motorboating isn't something designed to give pleasure to the woman (unlike most things guys like to do with women's bodies) - it's more of a joke-thing that you could do with girls with big boobs and that are usually showing lots of cleavage. The idea is that her boobs/cleavage is so big that "you can stick your head down in there and motorboat her".
