I came for Sex, but left with understanding. Are you here regarding Life or Sex?

Okay, Sex ultimately brought me here, but my interest in Sex has actually diminished over time. My interest in who I am or what I believe or what others believe has become more important. I didn’t think I would find meaning here, but I have found some. A reason to ask questions and a reason to receive answers.

More than does he like me or what penis size is best, or how to give the best BJ. But, who am I and why do I care about Sex or who I am with and why. It has been a journey and I am still on the path. We will see where it leads. Thank you, to all who had an opinion about what I was trying to ask. Whether it was anonymous or not. Thank you again.

I came here to check up on my brother to see what he was up to. I liked it so much, I stayed here. Been getting on for 5 years, now. Worked my way up the ladder to moderator. Always try to give best opinions I can. Always try to keep this site safe, especially for younger members. So I guess I am here for life and not sex.

If you're talking about this site I was always interested most in better figuring out who I am, what I believe, maybe help some people along the way, practice some English reading and writing. The blatantly sexual topics were never all that interesting to me. Well, I'm very vanilla. I didn't even realize how much until this site pointed it out to me.

I'm one of those that kind of needs to put thoughts into written or spoken word to better figure myself out. I'm always trying to tap into the deepest recess of my mind and it's a struggle, so I find that tackling questions of a kind I didn't think to ask myself help me reveal a little bit of insight here and there as to what I really think at the deepest level, although sometimes it's like stabbing in the dark until I hit something that seems to resonate most deeply.

I find I don't even mind the repetitious nature of many of the questions, since asking myself the same question twice and trying to think of it from a slightly different angle than before helps me iterate towards something that seems to better tap into that subconscious.

I find that language also seems relevant. I think a bit differently in Japanese than English. The language and choice of words and cultural evolution of the language shape how I think. So I find it useful to try to articulate and filter my thoughts through various languages. This site is one of the few where I get to actively practice written English.
