IF you actually correctly diagnosed homosexuality and these other sexual dysfunctions as being either willful evil or else a chemical imbalance causing mental illness, and then actually treated it with medication and counseling, you could probably cure it. The clitoris is a much larger organ than the small bud that we all know and love and has nerves that run down both sides of the labia, as well as down to the perineum (the area between the vagina and the anus). For some women this is enough to allow for the achievement of orgasm. If you had "aced female anatomy in a medical college" as you claim (unless maybe it was an online Christian "college" LMAO), you would know that there are in fact more nerve endings around the anus than the vagina, and those nerve endings are part of the pudendal nerve complex that connects to the clitoris and g spot.
