I say yes cause your boss should have known better. I actually don't know the reason he fired you. What u need 2 do is talk 2 high up management. Tell them what happen and make sure u are able 2 record the conversation. Then see what their reaction 2 the situation. If it's not what u think is fair. That's when it best 2 step back and think is worth taking the time 2 keep pursuing it. Be the better person and walk away. But by all means let them know. If you in a total consciousness consented to give him that BJ without ( physical or moral) enforcement, so you have no right to sue him, in that case you may just liked him or gave him this BJ to receive a professional advantage in the future and in both cases you have nothing on him.
But if he was using his power to enforce you, so you can claim against him. And the claim proceeding is pretty tough but still not impossible

No one here's being really helpful. You can definitely sue regardless.
But really, whether you have a chance to win depends... did he sexually harass you for that bj? Via quid pro quid i. e. you blew him to keep your job? Or you felt you had to give him a bj because he was your manager? If you basically gave him a bj because you wanted to give him one and he wanted one, you have no case.
And you'll need evidence to convince a court too, so hopefully you can get that.

Just call a spade a spade. You both were wrong. If he asked u to do it you should have declined and proceeded to press charges. Now you just look like you’re being vindictive especially since we don’t know WHY you were fired. Just take the loss and find a new job and stop sucking off men you work for or with. Maybe, but I would look into criminal charges, first. A civil suit over sex makes it look like you just want to be paid for your services. But if you have a solid response for why you didn't pursue criminal charges, it's easier to negate that argument in court.

The only way you could is if he somehow pressured or coerced you to do this. For example, if he leveraged a promotion or raise in exchange. Otherwise, if you hooked up with him on your own, you have no recourse.

You'd also need to check on your states employment laws. Some states require an employer to have a valid reason to fire you, however most don't.

In some locations you can sue for wrongful termination. The burden of proof would be on you to prove the BJ occurred and then prove it as a reason. Good luck with that. Mixing plumbing with paychecks is a bad plan.
