  • I say yes cause your boss should have known better. I actually don't know the reason he fired you. What u need 2 do is talk 2 high up management. Tell them what happen and make sure u are able 2 record the conversation. Then see what their reaction 2 the situation. If it's not what u think is fair. That's when it best 2 step back and think is worth taking the time 2 keep pursuing it. Be the better person and walk away. But by all means let them know. This issue is not dead but u are taking time 2 weigh your options. Good luck

  • If you in a total consciousness consented to give him that BJ without ( physical or moral) enforcement, so you have no right to sue him, in that case you may just liked him or gave him this BJ to receive a professional advantage in the future and in both cases you have nothing on him.
But if he was using his power to enforce you, so you can claim against him. And the claim proceeding is pretty tough but still not impossible

  • No one here's being really helpful. You can definitely sue regardless.
But really, whether you have a chance to win depends... did he sexually harass you for that bj? Via quid pro quid i. e. you blew him to keep your job? Or you felt you had to give him a bj because he was your manager? If you basically gave him a bj because you wanted to give him one and he wanted one, you have no case.
And you'll need evidence to convince a court too, so hopefully you can get that.

    • I ask him if I blew him would i keep my job and he said yes. so i did it. i am a single mom of 5 kids so i needed this job.

    • You should mention to a lawyer how he lied to you about keeping the job after you initiated giving him a blowjob.

    • Yea now you just gotta prove that in court.

  • Just call a spade a spade. You both were wrong. If he asked u to do it you should have declined and proceeded to press charges. Now you just look like you’re being vindictive especially since we don’t know WHY you were fired. Just take the loss and find a new job and stop sucking off men you work for or with. Just think every time you do that you devalue yourself and anything you’re worth.

  • Maybe an EEOC complaint if he solicited sexual favors for retaining your employment. Overall, I suggest learning the lesson that sex is no guarantee.

  • go to human resources and tell them you have him a blowjob to keep your job... then take it from there see what happens.

  • Holy kek my sides

Gave a bj to my manager but yet he fired me can I sue him?
  • Who initiated the sex?

    • I did

    • Why did he fire you and are there any facts to support his reason?

    • He said in always late.

  • You should talk to someone that has a lawyer degree

  • Maybe, but I would look into criminal charges, first. A civil suit over sex makes it look like you just want to be paid for your services. But if you have a solid response for why you didn't pursue criminal charges, it's easier to negate that argument in court.

  • Nope. If you suck at the job, a bj isn't going to help anything

  • Lmao I'm dead this must be a joke 😂😂😂

  • That might be considered sexual harassment. Ask a lawyer

  • unless he forced you to give him a blow job then no you can't sue him

  • The only way you could is if he somehow pressured or coerced you to do this. For example, if he leveraged a promotion or raise in exchange. Otherwise, if you hooked up with him on your own, you have no recourse.

You'd also need to check on your states employment laws. Some states require an employer to have a valid reason to fire you, however most don't.

  • Honestly u fucked up in giving that ass a bj he took advantage of the circumstances nd u were desperate nd he saw it I don't know what to say tlk to him but record the conversation lik y did you fire u y u say that I could keep the job if I did I don't know make it seem like ur the victim in the voice recorder I don't know but good luck

  • Everybody can always sue.
In some locations you can sue for wrongful termination. The burden of proof would be on you to prove the BJ occurred and then prove it as a reason. Good luck with that. Mixing plumbing with paychecks is a bad plan.

  • Only if he fired you without a reason or forced you to give him a blowy.

  • You got played girl lol

  • Y did u do dat in d first place... smh n y do u want to sue him? He didn't shove his dick in ur mouth sis, u opened it n welcomed dat dick in. So u got fired... find a nx job. N leave ur managers dicks alone!

  • No.

You could have sued him, if he fired you because you did NOT give him a blowjob. But you did and that is totally unprofessional.

  • Unless he forced you, it was by consent. He fired you because of what happened and feels like he might get caught somehow for what happened. Next time, leave work and your personal life separated.

  • Yes , hell go to a lawyer , file a lawsuit and sue to get your job back.

  • Sue, you might win. It would be a big payout if you did win.
