  • I don't understand all the homophobia on here. I know there are a lot of narrow minded people in the world, but it seems disproportionate on G@G. There company where I work is a tech firm, but we have an organized LGBTQ+ organization within the company and does a lot of philanthropic work with the LGBTQ+ community outside of regular business. When two different members of our workforce decided to come out as transgender, the company not only made it clear they were safe, but he'll coming out parties for them. I truly don't believe there's one employee that doesn't fully support them. The first wedding my kids went to was for my wife's gay uncle, and it was a huge, beautiful celebration with about 200 happy, loving bears in attendance. He and his husband seem totally normal to our kids. Tons of great underground music has come from the gay scene in cities across the US and probably the world. Drag Race and Queer Eye are extremely popular. I was politely corrected by a straight friend when I used the term "tranny" because he knew I didn't mean any harm by it but that it's not an acceptable term. I bought John Oliver's "Marlon Bundo" book and read it to my kids frequently. I've been hugged and was proud to be called an ally at Pride events, and was thanked for adding he/him pronouns to my email signature. With gay marriage being legal for several years now and growing pressure on companies to be more accepting and conscious about their position on love, regardless of orientation, it really feels like we're evolving past a lot of the needles hate.

Then I come on G@G, get into all kinds of discussions by people who decided to hate on people with a certain sexual orientation or interest, and I'm reminded how far we still have to go. I guess the uneducated, inexperienced or socially inept, who don't have to admit their fear and/or hate face-to-face love platforms like this.

  • No but I think it's a bit cringe when the scene feels forced just to push LGBT agenda

  • Yes, it's disgusting and unnatural and it's a mental illness, which by the way is TREATABLE with the right combination of medications and counseling... some people are also delivered from it miraculously.

I know a former Lesbian who didn't want to be a Lesbian but had that temptation. She was so depressed because she didn't want to be a Lesbian that she tried to blow her own head off with a shotgun, and God himself stopped her from pulling the trigger, and spoke to her and told her he'd deliver her from the temptation.

she is now married and has a Christian music band with her husband and they have a small non-profit ministry together.

I wish they'd convert fro m Christianity to Deism, but that's their choice, but she incorrectly assumes that "Jesus" spoke to her, when in fact it was not Jesus, "God is not a man... neither the Son of Man..." (Numbers 23:19)

At any rate, she never wanted to be a Lesbian and fought the temptation her whole life, and tried to kill herself because she admitted that it was wrong, so God delivered her from the temptation.

    • It isn’t a mental illness, it is psychological (just like all sexuality), two completely different things. There is zero treatment for it, as it is partially genetic and genes can’t be altered currently. No one is ex-gay, if they got married to the opposite sex they were bisexual, not homosexual. There have been thousands of homosexual people pray to be straight, yet gay they still are.

  • Is that gay or interspecies? I can't tell you why other people are upset.

  • Nope, not at all.

  • Didn't watch the video
    But the answer is yes
In fact the term "gay" nowadays has mixed with some people who has some kind of genetically disorders.
Such persons are natural, and those people who seek pleasure in same sex stuff are solo groosss

    • So* gross

  • Nope

  • People are repulsed by homosexuality the same way they're repulsed by other disease morbidity like gangrene or leprosy sores. If you have same sex attraction or are trying to have "sex" with the same sex something has gone very wrong with you. The people trying to promote this as normal don't think it's normal themselves and probably get nauseated at the thought of it. They're just saying they approve to get homosexuals to cooperate with them. They're communists, they want to over throw the government and destroy society. Then they'll build a Soviet style state and all the pawns will be rounded up and shot, just like they always do. If you have any doubt that it's just naturally repulsive, look at this study. https://www.psypost.org/2017/06/straight-mens-physiological-stress-response-seeing-two-men-kissing-seeing-maggots-49217

    • Yet every animal species on earth engages in homosexual activity, some species such as our closest genetic relatives the Bonobo apes are entirely bisexual as a species. Given all scientific evidence shows it’s natural, you’d be proven wrong. Reactions by people, does not disprove nature.

    • @Tyme1313 Every animal species on earth develops various birth defects you see it all the time. That doesn't make it a useful adaption it makes it a birth defect.

    • Yet it is still a natural adaptation. The bisexual nature of the Bonobos benefits their community be reducing hostility. As they regularly engage in homosexual activity as a means for pleasure as we can see by their actions. The dopamine releases is the same in them as it is humans. It has been documented that rather than fighting as many ape species do, many times the Bonobo male that is either less dominant, or otherwise accepting of responsibility in the altercation will willingly offer himself to the other male. This is seen in the females as well. They also engage in homosexual activity for release outside of their mating. This nature has resulted in a species of very little conflict and a great deal of unity within their community hierarchy, when compared to other ape species. So yes, homosexual proclivities can in fact serve a great purpose. Your attempt to seem intelligent has had the opposite effect. In no species is homosexuality considered a birth defect. Under every scientific principle which studies this topic, a defect would imply flaw which causes harm to the host. Homosexuality itself causes no harm to the host, as such cannot be a defect, simply a genetic or biological variation.
