Definitely not an all male environment with humans but in the movie they were all female and also possible hermaphrodite because some species were mixed with a DNA of amphibian type that is known for that

In Jurassic park, they used genes from one of these animals when tweaking their dino genes. I think it was a kind of frog. That's my guess as to why they were able to flip genders.
Humans may be able to do this with advances in technology, but most options now involve changing hormone balances, (some do surgery), dressing and acting in ways associated with the opposite gender.
I am certain humans lack the capability to do that. We would die out before we managed to evolve to survive. Adaptation could not come sooner.
No. We can't evolve because we made our environment for we as we are now.
Of course, because it is natural. We are not the only animals that can change our gender. Just look at the Clown Fish, snakes and frogs
Its biologicaly impossible for humans to change their sex. You can change your sexual attractions, especially in an environment where you're only given few/one option. However not everyone might be willing to just have sex with men. In this case it depends on their view of masculinity and their views on sex with men. Also depends on how much they want sex enough to have it with men, if that was an issue for them.
