  • If you're referring to why women tend to want it less, there are several reasons. Women are more emotional and men are more physical.
In general we want sex all of the time.
I can't really speak for women, but I think it may have to do with hormones, and child rearing.
I think they get bored with it faster than us, and I'm also guessing that a lot of them don't enjoy it as much because they don't cum every time, and our constant need to make sure they do gets tiresome.

    Just my thoughts.

    • It's really sad that women don't get as much pleasure from sex because we can't usually orgasm from it like men can. And it sucks that the man would have to do extra to make it happen for us. I wish things could be more equal.

    • Well me as a guy who fall short in the length Dept , I spend a lot of time pleasuring my girlfriend to multiple orgasms before intercourse and she sometimes begs me to stop she can't take it no more. Point is me should spend more time in pleasing there women before and after intercourse

    • Too bad more guys can't be like you.

  • could be any combination of those options but one thing to bear in mind this could be applied to most things in life... if you're all excited about a new car but a year later you want bigger wheels and a noisier exhaust for example... best thing to concentrate on though is maintainance ;)

    • I agree 💯 % things change. Keeping it interesting is the key. A spice of spontinaty , dash of never done that, hint of oh my God !!! Harder.

    • yeah thats the one ;) i had my mercedes for 20 years now and it still goes like the clappers and puts a smile on my face everytime i drive it... mind you it does help that i also have a sexy little audi tt to play with too lol

    • Nice very nice

  • I feel that if there was always a strong emotional connection during sex, it wouldn’t get boring. People get bored of sex because they are no longer emotionally focused on that person as much as before. Nobody would have continuous sex with a person that they didn’t love without getting bored.

  • Life gets in the way. at least that's what happens in my realtionship. If we had free time we would have more sex. Neither one of us are bored just a matter of time that is a issue

    • Very true

    • Whatever happened to commitment and loyalty?

    • @Stephen_77 it's still around

  • Communication. Or lack there off.

  • Don’t know, never had a relationship last that long.

  • The novelty wears off

    • It can be re-spiced with many things, like other sex-positions or going to an erotic cinema and watch there porn together. Or go together in a strip club (?). I don't know, maybe it works. Spice is the key!

    • @roland77 I agree even toys but sometimes that’s not enough especially if the relationship isn’t great

    • Then there is an other reason than sex, I guess.

  • They forget that they can grope and fuck this attractive person every possible way within their consent.

    • Can I ask you a question

    • Yes they possibly can if they both are into that , and have your consent.

  • You missed out the most realistic and common option. Your brain gets used to the same amounts of dopamine levels produced by the same type of sex. That is why people need to spice up their sex game in order to keep things going.

  • Q. What is the best food to stop a woman's sex drive?
    A. Wedding cake.

The truth is women become bored if their guy doesn't stay on top of his game, quits entertaining her, gets injured or sick, or loses his job. Figure they'll shut down sexually, cheat bail or any combination.

No, the burden of performance is on the man. They only way you can keep her loyal and in love, and wanting sex, is to simply be so fucking awesome she couldn't afford to lose you. Women love a man that has options. If you become a loser figure she'll dump your azz.

    • That's why it's best to marry a deeply religious woman that has traditional values.

    • @Stephen_77 - Well, that's one solution. The other one is to simply be awesome. It's no guarantee, but sure goes a long way. Besides, if she cheats or bails you'll be way ahead of the game cuz some other high-quality women will want you.

  • It depends which party you're talking about. The guy's lack of desire generally happens because he wants other, more, things and experiences with other, more, females. The female's lack of desire, if it happens, generally comes from life distractions and then she stops thinking it's important, so it sort of becomes a cyclical thing.

  • It's all exciting when it's new.

  • Might part of it be your expectation that she "give out", so she feels obliged to perform rather than free to love? What did you do to make her feel madly in lust with you?

  • I think hoomans deny their animal nature- our survival depends on biodiversity and frequent copulation there is great excitement for fresh love

    • Aww yes my dear Watson Birth control. Don't help either.

  • It hasn't diminished with hubby and me.

    • Awesome couple!

  • In my case it fell off once we married.

    • Sad to hear. There are sex positions to spice up your life without being into kinky things like BDSM.

  • it doesn't if you are dating me

  • Cause it same person doesn’t do anything.

  • Sometimes people lose their sex drive.

    • Yes they do but it usually a hormone imbalance which can be fixed in men and women.

    • @Slate69 Yes, both is true.

  • Well someone's not keeping it interesting

  • Family life , more stress , less free time, to tired

  • Maybe you're not satisfying her

    • That is possible. So communication seems to be in order to see if repairs can be made.

  • It's quite possible that nature intended for women to have one child with a man, then move on to a different one to have another, to spread her genetic risk around.

In any case I know there was a big german study that showed something like 2/3 of women's sex drives plunged by 2 years into a relationship, and the more stable the relationship, the more likely it was to have dropped. Men showed no drop over time (some men are always low, but being in a relationship doesn't seem to lower men's).

    • That's just an excuse for selfish people to sleep around rather than commit

    • @Stephen_77 actually it’s not. The women in these situations don’t sleep around. They just stop having sex.

    • Yer sure, because you know every single woman on the planet. There are plenty of men who have been in long term relationships and still getting sex from the same woman.

  • Because sex with the same person gets boring. That's the trade off of having the security of a relationship.

    • That's very true. Relationships have their good points, but it's nice to be able to fuck other people.

    • @FreddyFreds True.

    • Well said. You just have to pick your poison.
