Different people are different, so you can't debunk the idea that some people might experience equal pleasure from sneezing as from orgasm. Pleasure is subjective for each person
People have different personalities not different erogenous zones. They might be mentally aroused by noses in some way like some people are by looking at someone's feet but nose related fetishes are extremely rare I am sure and physically sneezing has nothing to do with sexual pleasure. For example, some people experience great pleasure from getting their nipples stimulated, and some people get absolutely nothing from it.
