My boyfriend doesn't want me to wear panties under my mini skirts?

Sometimes I don't wear panties, sometimes I do. He just asked if I wouldn't wear them regardless if I think someone might catch a peek doing things I know I will be seen. I think it turns him on knowing others see even though nothing is said I'm not sure if it's a good idea to knowingly not wear panties when I'm certain that guys, his friends or brothers, will most likely catch an innocent peek.
