Well, I kind of like it. Though it may seem disgusting and unhygienic it isn't really a big problem, since the girl can Just take a shower or a bath and clean herself down there well before a guy can give her it. The same thing would also be for a guy, I wouldn't really like having a dick in my mouth that smells horrible. So he should also take a bath or shower if he's planning to do oral. But I personally wouldn't like giving oral to a guy in general, I prefer receiving it.
