Does anyone else have a self control problem?

I not only can not control myself in most sexual situations... but I don't want to.

I mean there are so many reasons in society to say no, but, at the same time, there are also many reasons to say yes.

Why are there so many people that judge you with name calling or shaming?

Isn't it really an individual decision that everyone should be allowed to make judgement free?

Should the answer be the same for everyone, or is is different for everyone depending on social, economic, religious criteria or other factors?

And if celibacy is the only answer how can sexual desires be eliminated? ... aren't they a major element of human nature?

I want sex all day, everyday. I don't see anything wrong with it. I don't believe in the whole wait until marriage or be in a relationship to have sex mentality. Sex is absolutely one of the best things in life and I think it should be enjoyed as often as possible. If you think that makes me a slut so be it.

I think everyone should do what they are comfortable doing. For me for my emotional well being I need sex to be connected with someone I have a good connection with. I've tried to rush too fast just once and it was not good for me. Anyone else can do what they are comfortable with. I personally can't separate sex from feelings.

I don't think anyone should be shaming anyone. The only time someone should say something to a family member or friend is when they think what they are doing is harmful to them.

Going too long without sex can be unhealthy and having too much sex with too many people can be unhealthy if someone is in an unhealthy mental/emotional state on either end of the spectrum of sexuality.

I've been a follower for a while now and I'll be honest I never imagined you would have a moral dilemma on this particular subject. You always struck me as someone who's very modern in her way of thinking and I assumed you were also modern when it comes to sex as well.

Many have forgotten what sex is about... bringing a new life into the world. But in the quest for dopamine / pleasure, people have forgotten this. I have no problems concerning self control, and as a man it is a complete waste of potential, creative energy, life force and power to be promiscuous, to masturbate and to bust nuts all over the place.

I am not sure, I completely understand your actual question. The topic reads something like being single and having sexual desires, wrong or not. But why I on earth would that ever be wrong to have sexual desires, single or not? It is one of the most common, normal human urges, and that doesn´t have anything to do with being single or not.

It's a personal choice and who cares what anybody says or thinks as long as you're not spreading disease everywhere or leaving babies everywhere you go. Just be responsible and don't run around lying to everyone you're wanting to hook up with. There's nothing wrong with telling someone it's none of their business what or who you do. Or just be straight up and tell them you're just having fun for now and they can do their thing and you'll do your thing and when you guys get together cool.
