  • Why would it be embarrassing? To her friends? possibly, but to a guy?
    Do you imagine that you and the guy would be getting together and he'd stop at your hesitancy and be like: "oh god, you haven't had another penis inside you, this is so weird now, I'm just so turned off you haven't had at least a dozen other guys on top of you... because I secretly like that..."
    To say it plainly there's no reason a self-respecting guy will think it's a bad thing to still be a virgin, just probably want to know why.

  • The point at which one chooses to lose their virginity is a deeply personal and should never require justification. No need to feel embraced. It's her life her choice.
