Size matters but not in the way one might think..
For some women, the bigger the better when it comes to penises. Other women like small to medium penises which means that large penises turn them off. This is because each one of us is made differently so you have to find the size that works best for your body. Some like skinny and others like fat. It's the same for men when it comes to breast. That is why we are all different sizes and shapes.

I think it matters yes, because just look at how insecure men with small dicks are. If they had an average or above average dick they would stop being so obsessed with size and we'd stop having to read so many questions asking the same bloody thing on here.
If you mean girls boobs then it matters to some men, it matters to me in that I don't really like big boobs and prefer medium/small because I find it a lot sexier and they feel nicer.

Yes it does, I hate when people say it doesn't because it's bs. Almost no girl wants either ends of the spectrum. Almost no girl wants a guy with a micropenis and almost no girl wants a guy with an extremely huge dick. Any girl who wants a micropenis isn't gonna want an extremely huge dick and any girl who wants an extremely huge dick isn't gonna want a micropenis. So yes, size does matter
