Is body language not enough to say that you dont want sex?

There are still people who think body language is not enough. So by that logic we can rape mute people. Or why tf should you even do a thing to avoid rape. You dont have a right to rape a person even if she /he is nude in front of you (- yes, men can be raped too) I also dont understand why we can't murder rapists or potential rapists like in russia. When I see cat callers, I have a huge desire to murder these f*ggots. Why should I control my animalistic urges, if some people can't do that.

  • What i don't get about people who say they need a verbal no/ that body language isn't enough: why would you want to have sex with someone who isn't enthousiastic about it? The thought of trying to sleep with someone who comes across as totally closed off and uninterested is an absolute turn off for me. I want my partner to have at least as much fun as i have.
Do you not care about your partners enjoyment? Are you selfish? Do you lack the social skills to read body language? I literally don't get it.

  • Why should you control your impulses to murder and rape... because You're an evolved Human being , Who/What gives you the right to judge?
" let Ye , who be absent of Malice , ... Cast the First Stone , ! " sayeth the Lord !

  • Some people have no idea about body language. Mostly men. I believe women have a natural instinct to read body language. Thats why they know within seconds if they want to fuck with a man or not.

    • No, I mean if the person shows clearly through its bodylanguage. For example if he pushes me away, shake her hands to say no without speakin or even screaming, it means he does not want it. I am talking about clear signs.

    • That's not body language. It's a physical reaction that clearly says get the fuck away from me. And it becomes harassment if that other person refuses to back off.

  • Apparently, your self-control is rather marginal.

    • What does that mean

  • Wow that escalated quickly. I am against the death penalty.

  • It is not. Body language can be misinterpreted.

    • If she/he cries, screams, shows with its hands that the person does not want to, why do you forxe the person. By that logic we can rape mute people

    • That is an extreme example of body language. More realistically, she might push his hand away, but could be playing coy. Without being verbally clear you’re leaving it up to misinterpretation.

    • Bodylanguage should be of course clear, and you should ask before touching the person

  • Everyone is a potential rapist

  • Sounds like you need to chill and have a chamomile tea or something

  • @kim45456 Well to me body language is more than enough and you right nothing a woman does warrants that kind of behavior. It's sad that this is something that even has to be addressed.

  • I agree, it must be verbalized. FUCK ME NOW or something like that.

    • What about mute people? That is why body language should be considered too

    • Okay thats true.

  • I think I'm in love 🥰

  • Simply saying no would work. I can't read body language.

    • Ehat about mute people?

  • Yeah exactly but sometimes some person can't understand

  • It depends on what you mean by "body language". That could mean so many things, and in my opinion some are valid here and some are not.

    • I am talking about clear body language like pushing the person away, shaking the hands to say no without speaking, or even crying etc

    • That sort of body language should be adequate, but aside from a mute who truly can't speak, which is exceptionally rare, there's zero reason someone can't just verbalize the word "STOP", so I fail to see the reason behind this question.

    • I just want to say that there are no reason to touch a stranger without its consent
