Do you sometimes wish you can have a redo in choosing the person you lost your virginity to?

Honestly, I lost mines to a guy I swore I would be with forever at the time and my mom warned me about those feelings being temporary considering he was my first boyfriend and all and let’s just say we barely had made it to a year of dating before he cheated and left lol. I will say it made me more aware and less vulnerable.

  • May 7, 2019. I want a redo and I should have waited. I was talking to the guy for a month and for our first date we were gonna watch anime and eat food at his place. Sex had not been planned or discussed and worst of all I was on my period at the time. We had a makeout session, showered, had sex, showered again, and tgen ate our food and the whole thing was so awkward and I was in pain with cramps. And worst part of it all was that he texted me the next day saying he still loved his ex but wanted to stay friends. And then 2 months after he had sex with me he got a new girlfriend and said he loves her more than anything but he still texts me talking about how he loved the way I sound. I want a redo

  • Yes, I wish I would have waited. I lost mine to my ex fiance, I thought he loved me. He just loved what I offered him, I spoiled him with gifts, let him live with me, gave him all my time. Hyped him up and made him feel good. It was a mistake, at least I knew I loved him when I lost it. Knowing then what I know now, I would have waited

    • Same. With my ex it was like in the beginning he liked me because I was new to him. Innocent. I think I opened up to him about more than I should have by telling him he was my first kiss, first boyfriend, first intimate partner. It was like he knew he had me where he wanted because any girl dealing with her first will do just about anything for that guy because that’s her first love and the guy knows it. My ex knew and it’s like he knew whatever he asked for he I would say yes. I even forgave him for cheating more than once and that’s where I really messed up because then he knew no matter what he did I would still be that naive girl who wouldn’t leave him. It doesn’t changed the fact that despite his fake feelings mines were real and strong at the time but I’ve learned and definitely moved on lol.

    • And I noticed you said fiancé. Wow it says you’re eighteen that’s so young but if it would have worked out love has no age limit but it comes as a shock sometimes.

    • I understand that, my first boyfriend I never had sex with, but we were together for 10 months and I was very much into him, he cheated on me twice, with my now ex- bestfriend. I'm happy that you've moved on :) cheaters are the worst!! And yes, I have an ex fiance lol. Everyone in my family married young so it didn't seem out of the ordinary when he proposed

  • Not really, virginity was never and still isn't anything special to me so losing it to someone else probably wouldn't have changed my opinion on that

  • well i still got mine but im probably just gonna give it away, the older i get, the harder it will be to find a good girl to loose it too

    • Well that depends. What is a “good girl” to you?

    • a loyal girl that can keep a relationship

    • Well a lot girls say they are loyal so that shouldn’t be hard to find.
