No how could u consider oral sex. A case of rape. Reason being last time I checked u can't get pregnant from oral sex. Another thing is in the case of rape. Thier has 2 be some kind of pentraction. The only thing u are going 2 get out oral sex is a good tongue. I would truly think it's hard case 2 prove oral sex as a form of rape. The only I can tell u is next time u have oral with someone u think raped u. Once a man puts his penis in ur mouth. He really at the mercy of a woman. Reason being all she has 2 do is bite down.

where I live “sexual assault” is the charge for all forced sex acts without separate categories based on what type of act, but some places are different.

if it's male on female, no. It's not even rape, it's just sexual assault. Plus to me it feels like it's not as bad as other sexual acts you could do.

If it's male on male or female on male, I dont know. I don't think I'd consider it exactly valid for rape. But I don't know, I mean technically it's like putting their dick in a hole which is rape but doesn't feel bad enough for me.

To me, for there to be rape you need to be penetrated.
