I'd be very flattered regardless of how she looks, if she somehow let me know or let it be known to me then yeah I'd be flattered by it.
Where it would become disturbing then is if I had no attraction to her and she continued to let me know, if be comfortable knowing that it's just a fantasy and if she had done something and I rejected her but she kept the fantasy and kept it to herself then I'd actually have no problems with that whatsoever.
If on the other hand I'd rejected her and she still had the fantasy and still tried to do things to either make something happen between us or make a situation happen where things could go on then yeah that would be disturbing, it would show a psychopathy that I'd really want to have nothing to do with
I'd be flattered regardless however it would also depend on her actions. Example if she liked me and I had no interest, yet continued to pursue me and tell me this trying to get me to go out with her or something, that would be a problem and annoying..

It does depend on the girl, I can't lie. But I will say even girls I'm not attracted to, just knowing they do fantasize about me is very flattering, I may not be super excited if a girl I'm not attracted to fantasizes about me , but I would still feel flattered.
