Lets say the man loves his woman but she has gained a few if you are honest with her, she will think you are pathetic for staying with a fat girl and only sticking around because you can't do better if you lie she will know you are lying because deep down she knows she is overweight what do you do plea the 5th? Even not answering is an answer. Solve the catch-22 if you can.

You're not quite on the mark.
Women don't think they're fat. Women think that fat men are fat. Fat women just feel like they're just going through a transitional phase in life, and they're really just a thin woman that is temporarily caught in limbo with her fat exterior.
I've seen hundreds of fat women with thin guys, but I've never once seen a thin woman with a fat guy. That's because only men are fat, and women are not.

I wouldn’t want to wear something that makes me look stupid. I guess if you think she won’t look horrible going out then don’t say anything. But honestly when I ask my boyfriend if I look fat... (when I know I look hot) and I just want to hear his opinion, so I just ask if it makes me look fat. I’m plus size. 180. If he said I looked heavier in an outfit I would change
