I don't have an ex, per se, but I had been talking to someone a few months before getting with my now-girlfriend — we liked each other and sexted and stuff, but didn't end up dating because of distance. I'll admit that I do occasionally think back to seeing her naked, which was a lot of fun at the time, but it's not really a big deal to me; it's not like we still talk. I certainly never think of anyone else but my girlfriend during sex, though; I prefer to immerse myself in that intimate moment and it becomes pretty easy to not get distracted.
If in a new relationship, both should be into each other and only thinking about them... not their exs
