I think you should definitely tell her. How well do you get on with her? She is going to find out anyway and it would be much more of a shock for her to find out after you’ve had the baby through a text.

You didn't fail! You're a mom, that's one of the most amazing/important things in the world. As far as high school goes you can always go back and get a GED, and even if you don't, you're kids aren't going to love you less because you didn't graduate
