Isn't it sad that the odds of being a virgin at 20 are 1/5?

I don't know why you think that is sad, I don't really think it matters when people lose their virginity as long as they do it when they want to and how they want to. I fell in love with an ex and we had sex as teenagers, I don't regret any of it and I don't see any sadness there or understand why it would make any difference if we were both 25.

It's very sad but there is good news, the Marxist morons living like this don't breed much despite how much sex they have. Conservative people like Mormons and Amish do and the organize into families and raise the children as well. Much more viable and their populations are growing.
Not really. The teen years, especially the late ones when most teens lose their virginity, are when people start taking steps toward adulthood. They learn to drive, get jobs, have their first serious relationships, move out for college, and stuff like that. For some it’s just another step in that process.

A virgin just means you haven't had sex yet. It's not sad or bad just is. A lot of people in the world have waited longer than that.
Post Note: 4 out of 5 teenagers having sex is what makes parents lose their minds in the teens years. They worry about the emotional fallout, stds and pregnancies.

Surveys indicated that 80% of females have sexual intercourse by age 20. Apparently the percentage for males is less primarily because while it is easy for below average looking girl to have sex, it is very difficult for below average looking guys to have sex.
I don't see how it's sad. As long as they are being safe and are comfortable with their partners, there is nothing wrong with it. Being a virgin isn't a big deal, it is just something that is or isn't. I was a virgin until very recently and it wasn't something I was either proud or ashamed of. I think people put too much pressure on it
The more liberal society becomes, the more promiscuous and immoral people will be. It also contributes to broken homes, lots of extra stress for their kids, and them repeating the cycle because their parents set a poor example of how to behave.
If only I was on the other side of that number I could relax and not be pressured by society and lacking behind in getting a functional relationship because of something that kids do, wooh

But unlike the lottery, it is not a gamble. All they have to do is say no.

yeah it's pretty shitty, especially when you consider how many people are still with the person they lost their V too. Means a whole lot of baggage for the next guy
